Your details, kept with care

What we collect

• The contact form: your name, email address and message, and, if you choose, your phone number, how you heard about us and the date of your first visit.
• Sign-ups for cell groups, Foundation School and serving: your name and phone number, and, if you choose, your email address, your area, the class time or department you prefer, whether you are born again, and anything else you write to us.
• Gifts: you give through Tithely's secure form. Tithely collects your payment details, and the church never sees your card or bank numbers. Tithely shares a record of your gift with the church.
• Your language choice: your browser remembers whether you picked English or Spanish, so the next page opens in the same language. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Messages and sign-ups can include prayer requests and personal circumstances. We treat everything you send us as confidential.

How we use it

To reply to you, to arrange what you signed up for, such as a class, a cell group or a department, and to remind you about an event you registered for. We don't use your details for anything else, and we never sell them or use them for advertising.

Who helps us handle it

A few trusted services help us run this website. Each one handles your details only to provide its service to us.

• Formspree receives what you send through our forms and emails it to the church's private inbox. It keeps a copy on its own systems. Formspree's privacy policy
• Google provides the church's email inbox (Gmail), where your message is kept. Google's privacy policy
• Tithely processes gifts. Its giving form, on our Giving page, uses its own cookies and loads tools from Google, LinkedIn and others that measure visits and support advertising. Tithely's privacy policy
• Vercel hosts this website. Like any website host, it receives your internet address and basic details about your browser in order to deliver the pages. Vercel's privacy notice
• Unsplash supplies three photos on our New Here page, so it receives your internet address when they load. Unsplash's privacy policy

We don't share your details with anyone else.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own, and it uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, so there is nothing to accept or decline. The only thing it saves on your device is your language choice.

Tithely's giving form, on our Giving page, sets its own cookies, including advertising cookies from LinkedIn. Tithely's privacy policy explains them, and your browser's settings let you block or delete them.

Links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

How long we keep it

Event sign-ups are deleted 90 days after the event. Contact messages and ministry sign-ups are reviewed once a year, and anything we no longer need is deleted. Tithely keeps its records of gifts under its own policy.

Children

Our forms are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect details from children under 13 through this website. Parents or guardians can sign children up for church activities in person or by contacting us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Email info@christembassyduncanville.church or call +1 833-741-4484, and we'll respond within 30 days.

“Do Not Track” signals

Because this website doesn't track you across other websites, it has nothing to switch off when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Tithely's giving form follows Tithely's own policy.

Keeping it safe

This website only works over a secure connection, and it blocks code from anywhere except the services named above. Only the people at the church who need your details to help you can see them.

If this changes

If we start collecting anything new, we'll update this page first and change the date at the top.
